Order Processing
We process online orders 7 days a week. However parcels pick up would only be done every Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries over the weekend. All orders placed before 2pm will be picked up from our store before 6pm every day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day.
Delivery Lead Time
We process our orders 7 days a week; however, we are bound by the delivery schedules of our freight partners. For orders within Selangor area, the standard delivery lead time is 2-3 working days. Otherwise would be 4-5 working days.
Courier service partner
We are currently ship through Pos Laju Malaysia and we scheduled parcels pick up every weekday.
Bulk Orders (Please contact us directly)
We offer cheaper options to customer who wishes to do bulk purchase
For Peninsular Malaysia, we will ship through Citylink, Gdex, Pos Laju as well as transporter.
For Sabah & Sarawak, we will ship through transporter Transmark Freight Company where the transportation charges would be applied on customer upon receiving parcels
Returns only applied for wrong item received within 7 days of delivery. It could be a product replacement or refund.
We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect parcel)
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return /shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please contact us directly or write to us in the event of wrong item received. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
