Sodium Hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid. It is also known as Hyaluronic Acid. The two names are used interchangeably in beauty products and they does not have any differences. It is produced through fermentation process.
Sodium Hyaluronate applied to food industry was originally started in Japan and America and now has been widely recognised by consumers. In common food, it is widely incorporated into beverages, jelly, or dairy products.
In health food, it is best added with in combination with collagen, vitamin, chondroitin sulphate or glucosamine to make tablets, capsules or oral liquid.
