Aculyn 22/Rheology Modifier/Dow Chemical

Description

Aculyn 22 is rheology modifier that provides a convenience to liquid product especially rinsed off products or surfactant base products.

As a suspending agent, it enables formulator to suspend products such as vitamin e beads, scrubbing beads, pigments or any products with high molecular weight.

As a stabilizing agent. it stabilises formulation especially surfactant base products from separating into two layers. It enables the ingredients to react uniformly and forms a stable products.

While suspending and stabilizing products, Aculyn 22 thickenens product as well. It delivers consistent and long flow to the products.

Tips:

Neutralize the pH to 6.5-7.5 to achieve thickening property. Incorporate at room temperature or temperature below 60 Celcius
