Description
Carnauba wax is derived from leaves of the carnauba palm (Copernicia Prunifera). Carnauba wax consists of mostly aliphatic esters, diesters and fatty alcohols. This is also why carnauba wax is known for its glossy finishing. It is widely used in many industries such as automobile, food, as well as cosmetics.
Carnauba wax give emolliency and gloss to cosmetics products. The common application is eye liner, lip gloss, eye shadow, mascara, foundation and many more.
