Defoamer (Food Grade)

Description

Defoamer or anti foaming agent is a chemical additive reduces the foam in food industry. Chemically, it is one time of silicone intended to curb effusion or effervescence in preparation or serving. It is widely used to reduce foam of beverage such as soy drink and fried food such as nuggets.

In pharmaceutical industry, it is used mainly in gastric medicine to relieve bloating.
