Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus oil is extracted from steam distillation of the twigs and leaves of eucalyptus plant. Dry leaves contains 1.5-3% of essential oils. Tannins and resins are use for deodorizing, cleaning as insect repellent and very small amount in toothpaste and food supplements.
Traditionally, eucalyptus oil is used to treat respiratory conditions such as blocked nose, coughing, fight cold and flu. Today, eucalyptus oil is been widely used in treatment products such as natural/medicinal inhaler, muscle relaxant, aromatherapy and many more.
