Lip Matte Base (Natural base)

Description

Lipmatte base is easy to use. Allow buyer to post added oil base ingredients inside, such as lake dyes and flavour or titanium dioxide for colour twisting (in order to get pastel colour)

Benefits: Fast drying, extra moisturising, easy to apply without overflow the lip line.

Appearance: Slight greenish viscous liquid.

Remarks: Colour of the base doesn’t affect the actual product colour. Please shake before pour for colour mixing.

Recommended dosage of lake dyes: 4-8% in every 100g of base
