Description
Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) is an anionic surfactant. It is known as primary surfactant and it gives high foam to formulation. It is usually available in 70% concentration or 30% concentration. The colour of the product varies from slight yellowish to yellowish and it is depends on the source of origin.
Sodium Laureth Sulfate is widely seen in hair care rinsed off products. Formulation contained SLES has high surfactancy properties and could cleanse formulation well.
Formulation with SLES does not required any thickener. It could thicken with common salt.
