Sorbic Acid is a natural organic compound. It is preservative used in food and beverages to prevent the growth of yeast, mold and fungi. It can be used to preserve cheese, baked goods, canned products, fresh produce, refrigerated meat and so on.
Sorbic Acid can also be blended into any dry ingredients first such as flour, salt, corn starch before added into formula.
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20%
